The new Galaxy S22 will reportedly start at $899, about $100 more than the previous S21. The cost will be raised due to disruptions to the global supply chain caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. It was learned that due to shortages, the prices of the main chips for smartphones rose by about 30-40% in 2021 compared to the previous year.

The company is expected to introduce three smartphone models - S22, S22 plus and S22 Ultra in February. Among the three models, the Ultra will be the most interesting, as it is expected to be equipped with an S Pen stylus and will be a kind of replacement for the Galaxy Note.
